1、模温影响压铸模寿命
在连续压铸生产过程中,每压铸一次,模具温度就从高温到低温循环一次,不断被加热冷却, 模具内部因温差产生热应力。当模具材料处于韧性状态时,应力使模具产生塑性变形；而处于脆性状态时,应力使模具产生热裂纹、开裂。周期性热应力作用导致模具热疲劳,产生龟裂。模温过高,模具易变形；

当模温过高,脱模剂在高温下过量挥发,不能形成致密的皮膜,易造成粘模。而模温过低,则脱模剂形成的皮膜含有未挥发的水分,使脱模效果差,还会导致铸件气孔,冷隔缺陷出现；
